Medallion Magic

This is one of those stamp sets that comes along and the first reaction is WOW, I gotta have that! The Medallion is a background stamp in a circular shape which is a change from all the other Stampin' Up! background stamps. The stamp is absolutely beautiful with an elegant design.
Here is a sample of a card I created today using the medallion stamp. It is a Get Well card for my dad that just had shoulder surgery today.

Stamp Set: Medallion
Colors: Close To Cocoa; Chocolate Chip; Bashful Blue
Embellishments: Chocolate Chip 5/8" Grosgrain Ribbon; Whisper White 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon
Hardware: Hodgepodge Hardware Silver

Here is one of my most recent creations presented during a recent Chat and Challenge that I participated in online. I really do love this card!
The new In Colors are delightful, fun and very bright. This card is centered around my use of Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie and So Saffron. The stamp set used is Circle Circus. The accessories used include 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon, Scallop Circle Punch, Scallop Circle Bigz Die and Hodgepodge Hardware.

I saw this bag on Stampin Addicts 3D Monday Challenge and just had to give it a try. It is really cute and I love the versatility of doing this project. I'm definitely going to be doing something similar in the future for a stamp camp project.
